Payment
1. Users need an active subscription or maintain an active account with our broker partner Eightcap in order to use the Services.
2. We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.
3. Subscriptions come in two forms, either a fixed-period auto-continuation plan or a free subscription paid for by Eightcap Global Limited.
4. Free subscriptions by Eightcap Global Limited require maintaining funds at Eightcap for the duration of the free membership and meeting any active account requirements. Confirmation of funds deposited with Eightcap will be required to activate free subscriptions.
5. BKForex LLC and BKcryptocrusher.com will give the user access to the software immediately after the payment has been completed.
6. All payments must be made in advance and in full before the access will be granted.
7. The price of the subscription can be paid using credit cards or PayPal.
8. A subscription plan will automatically continue for the purchased length period-to-period, unless the user cancels the subscription before the end of the current term. E.g. a six-month plan will automatically be extended for another six months after expiration.
9. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
Refund and Return Policy
1. You have the right to cancel the purchase of a Service, without having to give a reason, at any time within the “cooling off period” of 7 days, beginning on the day after you order the service. Such cancellation will lead to a full refund.
2. After the “cooling off period” of 7 days, cancellations will merely stop the upcoming scheduled payments, but do not lead to a refund of the current period.
3. Cancellation of a Service needs to happen by sending an email to [email protected].

Company shall not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about User, unless Company has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with any legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority, (ii) protect and defend the rights, interests, or property of Company, (iii) enforce this Agreement, (iv) protect the interests of users of the Software other than User or any other person, entity, partnership, organization, association or otherwise, or (v) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of Company’s services or equipment, including the Software as authorized by law.
2. Billing/Credit or Charge Card Information. Company shall not share billing/credit or charge card information provided by the User.
3. Links. Company’s website may contain links to other Internet websites. These websites are not under the control of Company and Company does not control linked websites’ privacy and/or user agreements. Company does not grant any warranties (express or implied) nor does Company have any liability for information transferred and conferred to or from linked websites.

Miscellaneous provisions
1. In case any part of these terms and conditions are declared legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the whole of the agreement. The parties shall in such an event agree on one or more replacement provisions that approximate the original intent of the invalid provision(s) within the limits of the law.
2. BKForex LLC and BKcryptocrusher.com is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party as part of an acquisition of BKForex LLC and BKcryptocrusher.com or the associated business activities.
